Fall 2026 Youth League (Ages 10-15)

Time: 2:15 - 4:00PM

Save the date – we are having a “give it a try” introductory clinic at an indoor field on September 12, 1-3PM.

If you are brand new to Ultimate Frisbee, you can find out more about the game here and here. Watch some competitive ultimate games at Ultimate Canada. Youth might be particularly interested in watching games from the High School Invitational.

What is Youth League?
Youth League is recreational, time is spent on the activities below each week:
   1. Warm-up and skill development - first 30 minutes
   2. House league games - 4v4; 60 minutes

Players register as individuals and we will create set teams (new this season!). Teams will be single gender, but all teams will play against each other (i.e. teams will be all girls or all boys, but will play against either*) 

*LUC strives for inclusivity. If your youth is gender diverse, please contact us regarding team assignment.

Also new this season we are looking for parent volunteers to coach. We will provide any plans for the skills portion of the league, and parents with limited Ultimate Frisbee experience will be paired with one of our LUC youth coaches. Please contact president@londonultimate.ca.

What equipment does my child need?
Not much! Dress in weather-appropriate athletic wear with running shoes or cleats and bring a water bottle. First time registrations also receive a free disc (frisbee).

Are there cool jerseys?
Yes! White and Dark Green Jerseys are available for purchase here for an additional $25 each. Jersey orders typically take 4-6 weeks to arrive, so we will be putting the order in on September 1. They won't be ready at the beginning, but hopefully by the end of the month.

Payments can be made via PayPal in Zuluru or by e-Transfer to president@londonultimate.ca.
If paying by e-Transfer, please enter a deposit amount of $0.00 in Zuluru and proceed to send your e-Transfer. We will manually update your registration after your payment is received. If the e-Transfer sender name does not match your Zuluru name, please ensure that you include a unique identifier in your e-Transfer message (e.g. registration ID and/or Zuluru name) so that your payment can be matched to your registration.
