U19 (Juniors) Program

The London Ultimate Club (LUC) Juniors (U19) Program is designed for high school athletes (born between 2008 and 2011) looking to experience a fast-paced, competitive, and supportive team environment in London, Ontario.

Program Highlights:

Skill Development: Participants focus on building speed, agility, and "Game IQ" through targeted drills that improve throwing and catching accuracy.

Inclusive Culture: The program is open to both woman-matching and open-matching players of all experience levels—no prior experience is required to join.

Spirit of the Game: Following the core values of London Ultimate Club, the program emphasizes sportsmanship, mutual respect, and self-officiating.

Active Play: Sessions typically include a mix of structured skill-building and weekly scrimmages to apply new techniques in real-game scenarios.

There will also be opportunities for athletes to join  U19 teams from K-W and/or Barrie to play in tournaments.

Schedule & Registration

When:  Mondays, 6pm - 8pm

           May 5th - July 27th

Where:  Ed Blake Park
             Barker St and Huron St.
